Who We Are
Facilitynet Installations is an initiative launched by Installnet and partners to collaborate with and invest in regional furniture installers across the US.

Facilitynet Installations is partnering with core installation companies with the goal of acquiring, integrating, and growing into a nationwide platform.
We believe that there are significant benefits to combining similar businesses and we also see long-time owners and operators of installation companies looking for a transition in the coming years. Due to size constraints, many of these businesses struggle to find the right transition plan and many ultimately end up winding down. We believe it is advantageous for all groups to seek a partnership arrangement to continue the legacy of the businesses.
What We Do
Why Join?
Increased Volume of Business from Installnet
Installnet facilitates millions of dollars in business every year across the US. Currently this is spread across 350+ installers depending on timing, capacity, cost, etc. This revenue will be prioritized to Facilitynet Installations partners.
Exclusive Project Insights in Your Area
Our partner installers are also poised to gain a significant advantage in their local markets. Firms that are a part of Facilitynet Installations will collaborate more effectively on regional projects and also to receive early insights and previews of potential jobs within their specific market.
Opportunities for New Business Expansion
There are various challenges associated with expanding into new business lines. By partnering with Facilitynet Installations, we can provide visibility and support for things like Ecoserv, modular construction, wall building & installation, etc. This allows you and your business to expand and grow.
Simplified Back Office
Facilitynet Installations aims to con- solidate many of the back-end processes within an installation business which include accounting, payroll, insurance, and invoicing, which should reduce the work- load on owners & GMs as well as increase profitability within the business.
Shared Services
In addition to a simplified Back-Office, Facilitynet Installations will also provide a set of optional shared services to be utilized by the business it works with. Features such as access to a centralized recruiter, sales and marketing services, and IT support, will be standardized and available for use.
Easier Business Transactions
The sale process is transparent and to a party who not only understands the installation business, but also has been a trusted business partner for years. The process is quick and efficient with defined steps and expectations.
Financial Incentive
Facilitynet Installations has structured a proposal that allows for a greater financial incentive vs a sale through a broker or to a specific individual.
Flexible Timing
Transition is designed to take between 1-3 years, which gives business owners flexibility as to how long they’d like to be involved with the business and the transition. This also allows for transition to any key personnel within the business to ensure team continuity.
Continue Legacy and Succession Planning
Small businesses are challenging to transition, Facilitynet Installations provides a way to continue the legacy of the business owners & founders have built, while transitioning it to the next generation of operators.
